GCE O/L practical examinations suspended

GCE ORDINARY LEVEL PRACTICAL EXAMINATIONS SUSPENDED

The Department of Examinations has found a way to suspend the pragmatic assessments of the 2020 GCE Ordinary Level Examination. 

Magistrate General of Examinations Sanath Poojitha said that means will be taken to present school-based evaluations rather than pragmatic tests. 

The GCE Ordinary Level assessment, which was deferred because of the COVID scourge, is planned to start on 01 March.

2020 க.பொ.த சாதாரண நிலைத் தேர்வின் நடைமுறைத் தேர்வுகளை இடைநிறுத்த தேர்வுத் துறை நடவடிக்கை எடுத்துள்ளது.

நடைமுறை சோதனைகளுக்கு பதிலாக பள்ளி அடிப்படையிலான மதிப்பீடுகளை அறிமுகப்படுத்த நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படும் என்று தேர்வு ஆணையர் ஜெனரல் சனத் பூஜிதா தெரிவித்தார்.

கோவிட் தொற்றுநோய் காரணமாக ஒத்திவைக்கப்பட்ட க.பொ.த சாதாரண நிலை தேர்வு மார்ச் 01 ஆம் தேதி தொடங்க திட்டமிடப்பட்டிருந்தது.
